Here’s The Process
🚩 Apply Now – Complete the online application. Space is limited, and once it’s full, enrollment closes.
🚩 Interview & Selection – We personally review every candidate. If selected, you’ll be invited to a one-on-one interview to confirm your readiness and commitment.
🚩 Agreement & Onboarding – Once approved, you’ll sign a written agreement and officially begin your apprenticeship journey.
🚩 Your Personal TSL Landing Page – As you train, we’ll begin developing your professional landing page on the TSL platform — your digital foundation for future business.
🚩 Weekly Coaching Calls – Every week, you’ll meet with our team for hands-on coaching. You’ll learn how to develop leads, connect with families, and understand the placement process from intake to move-in.
🚩 Active Apprenticeship & Earnings – You’ll work directly with an experienced senior placement agent who will handle intakes and closings while you learn the business. You’ll earn a percentage of each successful placement during this stage.
🚩 Graduate to Partnership – Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a TSL Partner, fully equipped with your own operational system, marketing tools, and income potential.
